Your personal data will be processed accordingly with the purpose of execution of the contract, managing accounting (your personal data is being used for invoicing purpose to fulfill my legal duties) and for the marketing purpose (such as commercial communication and offers, tips and advice) of how to learn languages effectively. If you are my client, I am doing so with legitimate purpose, reasonably assuming your interest in any kind of information and news from me, until you sign off.
How do I process your information and for how long do I keep your personal data?
Provided personal data is processed in electronic form automated and in printed form manually. I am competent to submit your personal data to an authorized processor who are legally trained in applicable legislation. I am competent to provide your personal data to any third party who are legally bound to comply with the rules of suitable legislation on Personal Data Protection, with the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship or providing of agreed services (for example cloud services, web page maintenance, analytical tools providers, etc.)
I keep your personal data but only to the extent that, and for such a period, as is strictly necessary in order to fulfill obligations under the Contract or legal norms. All the personal data provided for the legitimate purpose are kept until the withdrawal of your consent or for the maximum time of 4 years after the termination of your Contract.
